1. Initial Walk Through & Assessment:  Meeting and understanding the needs of our clients is very important to us.  A complete walk through assessment and putting a project plan together will ensure your estate is sold properly and with confidence.

2. Staging, Inventory & Cataloging:  Our estate team will do an inventory and organize the staging of all contents of your estate. Staging your items are key to getting the best price on your estate. Presentation is everything! When preparing for your estate sale we will keep you and your family in mind.  Any items we feel might be sentimental will be set aside for your interest. 

3. Five Tier Platform:  Pre-sale, onsite sales, online sales, MSSwarehouse sales and scrapping.

4. Sales Marketing & Advertisement:  Social media will be targeted. We will be placing ads on local Craigslist and other local classifieds. Area estate salesigns will be strategically place to direct the public.

5. Load Out and Estate Clean Up:  Our estate team will organize load out and clean up. Bid winners will collect their items with a “paid in full” receipt from your estate. The house will be left completely cleared of any estate contents.

6. Payment:  Clients will be paid within 10 business days of the sale (sales). 

7.  Accountability:  Our clients will receive a full detailed settlement report.
